Phil serves on the Board of Southwest Network which manages 9 mental health clinics in the Phoenix area
Phil volunteered as a Sky Harbor Airport Navigator. The Alumni group meets regularly 
The North Shore near Racine WI. Phil could watch the train pass and only be a few minutes late for school. At 3:30 the Electroliner came through!
